Be Part of the Solution Not the Problem

Whenever there’s a crisis or problem, don’t forget who you are, your Identity and Destiny in Christ, remember you are children of Light not of darkness, you are NOT a troublemaker but a peacemaker

2 Corinthians 5:17-20 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! 18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: 19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. 20 We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.

From the above Scripture:  we are new creation in Christ, His ambassador and your ministry is reconciliation.

You can bring light & life. To verify first the article you read and receive on the social media before passing on or sharing them on your FB, Instagram. You bring the message of Good News, message of hope, reconciliation of relationships NOT confusion or message of doom and gloom.

Be Thankful Always

Having the spirit of gratitude brings sunshine, a positive conducive atmosphere of Light and Life.

the attitude of gratitude is the best expression of your appreciation for all the things God has done in your life.  Whereas ungratefulness is pride, condescending the One who is in control, the One who Provides for all things.

Colossians 3:17 And whatever you do, whether in word or in deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

1 Thessalonians 5:18  Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Be A Learner

A disciple of Jesus is a learner, a teachable, humble person.

The more that you read, the more things you will know.  The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.  Dr Seus

Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other. John F Kennedy

I am always ready to learn although I do not always like being taught.  Winston Churchill

If you approach the world with the apron of a servant then you are allowed to go places that you can’t go if you approach it with the crown of a king. Jon Foreman, Switchfoot

Find Out What Really Matters in your life

PUT YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER …   Read Isaiah 38:1-3 , don’t wait for bad things to happen before you put your house in order.  Now is the time to appreciate your life, wife, family, the best people, best things that happen in your life.

Remember the most important things are NOT things.

At deathbed, you will not say  “ I wish I had more time in my office”.  but instead you want to be surrounded with your loved ones. All material things become nothing or insignificant to you,

Transactional vs Transformational Relationships:

Things you regret are NOT the ones you did but the ones you did not do.

The late Billy Graham when interviewed about his busy scheduled was asked: “ If you can turn back the hands of time, what do you really want to do?” With tears he replied, “ I would like to spend more time with my family”

Luke 16: Rich Man and Lazarus  , the story tells about the rich man who remembered his 5 brothers while he’s being tormented in hell.  The rich man apparently still care for his brothers despite the fact he’s already in another life separated from them

Crisis situation is temporary

Psalms 30:5   Sorrow may last for the night but joy comes in the morning

Matthew 24:36-39

For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving to marriage, until the day that Noah entered the Ark and did not know until the flood came an took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.

Note this important phrase “ they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving to marriage”.  This situation clearly shows that life would be normal, no more social distancing, with the image of crowds of people… at the time when Jesus is coming.

Normal time soon, this CoVid19 crisis is temporary,  everything will go back to normal, business as usual .

Normal- when people forget about God and don’t even care about Jesus coming again
